International Order

• All our orders are shipped from DHL across the globe
• International shipping costs are determined according to your location and the specifics of your order.
• Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.

Payment

• You can easily pay through your Debit/Credit cards or PayPal (available under Wallets)
• Bank Transfers are also available upon request

 

Cancellation and Returns

• No cancellation requests are accepted once the order is placed
• No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. Please contact us for any size confirmations

Order processing time

• Your order is usually dispatched within 48 working hours. Products usually take 3-5 days to reach you after the dispatch, depending on your order.
• Once your order is shipped, you will be contacted by DHL on the email and phone number provided while placing the order.

Import Duties & Taxes

• As the recipient, you are responsible for covering any import duties, customs fees, VAT, and other applicable local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. It is possible that settling these charges will be necessary to facilitate the release of your order from customs upon its arrival.
