Returns & Refunds

As these are customized tags, we do not offer returns & refunds. However, if you got a damaged tag, we are happy to replace the same product once.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

60-DAY Chew replacement 

We understand that pets are eager to chew everything around them. We do offer a 60 day chew replacement of the tag if your pet accidentally chews on the tag. Please send us a picture of the damaged tag on whatsapp or mail and we will send a replacement to you

* For international orders, shipping cost would be charged additionally.

We are happy to replace damaged product even if its on sale :)

Please keep this common sense in mind

Tags that are worn every day are comparable to us humans wearing something every day, such as a favourite shirt or pair or socks.  After a certain period of time the threads become loose and colours may fade.

It is expected to see normal wear and tear on our tags for the same reason it would happen on a pair of socks or any other article of clothing worn in the same matter. 
There is no indestructible tag on the market.
